Effective August 1, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Monodome (“Monodome”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of MonoTeams and related websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace administrators may provision, manage, suspend, and remove members, set policies, and access workspace content and audit records as needed to operate the workspace.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, degrade, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Send unsolicited bulk messaging, or harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer or circumvent the Service’s access controls, rate limits, or tenancy boundaries.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval stated at purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. Fees, seat counts, and plan limits are those shown on your order or the pricing page. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you and your members submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and support the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes and availability
We are continually improving the Service and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monodome will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period, subject to any legal holds.
